We want a person who wants to be a leader, not necessarily out in front, but leading in such a manner that others follow.You need to be able to get people to want to work alongside you, so that you can fulfill the leadership role.

You need to want challenges and enjoy overcoming these.

You need to be able to let people do things there way, but at the same time, ensure that they are working towards the same end.

You need to be keen, interested and can't wait to be involved with our children.  You will  will be able to:

We are looking for a teacher whose focus is on the children and developing within their classroom programmes the 'joy" of learning.

We are looking for a person who gets results from their class but at the same time has fun and enjoyment achieving this.

We are looking for a person who has a definite empathy and understanding of the needs of Maori children.

We are looking for a teacher who is able to minimise behavioural challenges effectively.

We are definitely looking for a self motivated person who pushes boundaries, (isn't afraid to make mistakes but learns from them) and who is keen and willing to work with new innovative technologies and systems in other words, a "tryer!"

We are looking for someone who enjoys life, socially and professionally.
