As an aid to positive self-esteem, increased confidence, safety and a happy caring environment where the children can concentrate on learning and not self-survival we operate a school wide assertive discipline and teaching plan.
Basically the programme is a positive one where children are rewarded for good behaviour. On the other hand if they choose to break the rules a systematic set of consequences are given. It is important that parents know what is going on so they can back up the school when called upon to do so. It is important that the children realise what will happen if they choose to break the rules.
